Who We Are
We are a team of individuals, some of us retired from active employment / profession; some are still active in their job, profession / business; joined together to serve the society at a large from our vast experience in different fields of knowledge, experience and exposure. The team members are contributing their time, efforts and expertise free of charge and without any financial benefits for them.
The primary objective of the team is to guide the young generation, so that they could unleash their full potential to reach the maximum height of their career and have an enriched life.We proceed with the philosophy that “if we provide a fish to hungry person, they will get relief for one day, but if we can teach them how to fish, their rest of the life will be enriched”. We do not accept / solicit donations from general public. The service of the trust is self-financed by the beneficiaries themselves, even though some initial funds shall be provided by the trust on a loan basis to the beneficiaries.
The motto of the trust is to empower the needy young generation and enable them to support themselves rather than consider them as weak and provide them charity.
The required funds for the operations will be gathered by the beneficiaries doing part time jobs, conducting events, which will be facilitated by the team. The compensation for such part time jobs will be received by the beneficiaries in their own bank account as the team members will be just facilitators for it.
In addition to the academic education, we give due importance to body fitness / mental health and emotional strength of the students.
Suitable programs and events are arranged for a graceful retirement life for seniors as well as programs for adults to enjoy a healthy life filed with joy and happiness.
