Message from Managing Trustee
After a professional life of around 35 years, working with people all across the globe, I have realized that professionals who excel in their career and enjoy a better life is not decided only by their level of intelligence. The people who reach the pinnacle of success are the ones who exhibit higher level of grit, dedication and determination, people who can withstand stress and are willing to take responsibility.
Personality traits such as these are developed by the age of 18 to 25, which decides the altitude every individual can reach in their life. Some individuals with higher level of intelligence are not able to utilize their potential as they do not get proper direction during their formative years.

Our mission is to mould young students during the critical ages of 18 to 25 through our guidance and support. We believe that focusing on personal development during these ages can help one unlock their full potential and lead to them being able to enjoy the fruits of their labour for around the next fifty years of their life.
