Played Key role in revival of the company, and in replacing German and American Partnership with Fujikura Ltd. Japan. Achieved “Best Performer Award” from holding group and from the company for many years.
- Y. 2008 to 2011- Chief Financial Officer, Gulf Insulation Group with seven subsidiaries (two in Jordan, three in Saudi Arabia, one in UAE and one in Qatar) Arranged credit facilities from a consortium of Banks and Financial Institutions for a green field factory in Saudi Arabia with Italian Technology and Rockwool Production Line. Played key role in valuation of the subsidiary companies,
facilitated due diligence and completed the merger formalities of the group with Zamil Industrial Group, A major Conglomerate in Saudi Arabia. - Y. 2011- Y. 2018 – Finance Director – Saudi Rockwool Factory under Zamil Industrial Group.
- Y. 2018- 2024 – Financial Controller- Middle East Fiber Cable Manufacturing Co. Saudi Arabia (A Saudi – Japanese Joint venture) including its subsidiary in Mauritius.
